Out of sudden think of "Asam Laksa", but it will be too troublesome by spending half a day in the kitchen, after cooking one big pot but just eat 2 bowls. See!!! I got this Quick n Easy way to solve my craving....
1) Heat Oil, fried Garlic, Small Onion and Dry Prawn till fragrant
2) Add in Tom Yam paste, continue to saut for a whole. 3) Add in"Laksa" noodle, stir well 4) Add in Big Onion, Lemon grass, Wild Ginger Flower bud (Bunga Kantan), Lime juice. (Optional : Polygonum Leave - Daun Kesom)
5) Adjust seasoning (salt & pepper) to taste. 6) Garnish with Cucumber, Pineapple or any vege of your choice.
