Smooth Sailing















Smoothies are sweet, blended drinks made from fresh fruits. Fruits doesn't have to be the only ingredients. (** Remark : Mix at least 2 or 3 type of fruits, frozen them for at least 1/2 hour before blend). Include any other liquid (soy milk,fresh milk, yogurt, orange juice, apple juice and the BEST is using plain Vitagen) to thicken the drink and make it more filling.

1) Mix Berry Smoothies
2) HoneyDew + Kiwifruits Smoothies
3) PassionFruit + Mango Smoothies
4) Mix Berry + Pineapple Smoothies
5) Kiwi, Pineapple Juice + Vitagen
6) Peach, Strawberry + Banana Smoothies
